Plumbing Guarantees 100% Satisfaction - If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will all of your money. If our technicians smoke or swear in your home; are not drug-free; do not wear shoe covers or leave your home with out cleaning up, you do not pay for the service. If a repair fails in the first year we will repair it absolutely free. Diamond Club members get a 2 year guarantee. Whole house re-pipe, water service and sewer replacement- A-1 guarantees that your whole house re-pipe or water service installation will be completed in a timely manner. We guarantee our workmanship for a re-pipe and water service for 20 years and 10 years for a new sewer main installation. If your pipes fail at anytime during that period (excluding acts of god, riot or war), we will repair the failure free of charge. We guarantee the material used are as specified and up to code in your area. And we guarantee to protect the condition of your home. Equipment/Fixture guarantee- We guarantee that the equipment and/or fixtures we have installed in your home will perform as we have stated. If any equipment or fixture fails during normal use in the first year, we will either repair or replace the item at no charge to you. Diamond Club Members get a 2 year guarantee. Property Protection Guarantee- All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture and door frames are protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective shoe covers and drop clothes will be used on all work and traffic areas.

Gold Club Members get a 10 year parts and labor warranty on their HVAC system(s). HVAC Repair- We guarantee that repairs on your equipment are fixed right or the repair is free. If a repair fails during the season, we will repair it again absolutely free. Specific repairs are guaranteed for two years or the repair is free. HVAC Replacement- We guarantee that the equipment we have installed will perform as we have stated. if the system does not heat or cool your home to your satisfaction, we will remove it and return 100% of your investment. Comfort Guarantee- We guarantee that the system(s) we have installed in your home will heat or cool your home as we have stated. If the temperature range we have promised is not achieved, we will replace the system at no charge. No Lemon Guarantee- If the compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, we will install a complete and new outside unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new furnace. Utility Savings Guarantee- You will save a minimum of 30% on your heating and cooling costs or we will refund double the difference of your savings not realized during the first year. $500 No-Frustration Guarantee- If your system breaks down during the first two years and leaves you without heating or cooling, we will pay you $500 for the inconvenience.
